Andis Improved Master Clipper Review
If your an aspiring barber, and you want a ship that does everything (except for outline, course), the Andis Masters is what you are looking for. It’s great for mixing weakens and Tape-Ups, also very durable. I dropped a couple of times (not on purpose) and the body has been real strong. Excellent clippers.

Braun 5270 Review
I have been using epilators on and off for years and lost my last one. I was never totally satisfied with it but it was good enough. I jumped on Amazon yesterday to read product reviews and I admit this wasn’t my first choice. The one I really wanted is on back order so I thought I’d give this one a try. I got next day delivery and just finished using it. I am very pleased with my results. I haven’t waxed or epilated for awhile so I used the starter head. Worked pretty well. Once I finished my entire leg, I went over it again with the advanced head and got a ton more hairs. Even TINY little ones! I never used my epilator on my thighs before because the hairs are so fine, it seemed like I could never get them with the epilator. I used this one on my thighs and it got almost everything. The light is not bad, not really necessary but not bad. If you really don’t like it, you could just put a little piece of tape over it.

I have been using a Braun Silk-epil for the last 5 years. Although my old one was still working I decided to try a new model to see if it had improved over the years. Wow! The new Braun 5270 X’elle is awesome. It removes hairs with little more that 1 pass whereas the older model took many strokes for the same result. It removes hair much more comfortably – I like the idea of 2 different heads for areas that need a little more TLC. The light is a really nice touch and the look and feel of the epilator is A+. This razor has some strength’s and some weaknesses as well. It is stylish and seems to be built well. Its stainless steel blades are self sharpening which is a huge plus. It is rechargeable and comes with a charging cord, stand, three attachment combs and a cleaning brush. I wish it came with some sort of case for storage. It is water resistant so you can use it to dry shave or shave in the shower. It easily rinses clean for easy clean-up. When shaving without the guards in place it shaves very close shave without irritation. With the guards in place it doesn’t work as well as I expected. Panasonic ER421KC Review
I’ve never dared use one of these but finally got tired of stray hairs peeking out. I put it to use last night and it works great. What more needs to be said about a nose hair trimmer??
A little more. First, the light actually is useful…just not when you’ve got it stuck in your nose cutting hair. Its use is when you periodically need to examine inside to see how you’re doing. So spend the big bucks for the lighted model, otherwise you’ll have to keep a flashlight around.
Second, when you first get it, it has a light oil film on the cutter. Good for the machinery but not so much for your nose. So I recommend you take an alcohol swab, take the cutter apart like they say and clean everything before the first use.

I read the reviews. I expected the pain. Now, I have mastered this modern marvel.
Pros:
- No more commutes with people staring at me while I yank and pinch into my nose.
- If you use it as the delicate work of art it is, it doesn’t hurt as much as the yanking and pinch (see my tips below).
- The light IS useful – it allows you to see into the nether regions of your nostrils to catch those that might otherwise show their hairs tomorrow.
- Water proof for your running under the faucet for cleaning.
- Small, lightweight, and neat design (like a mini-light saber to slash through the dark side of your nose)

Cons:
- Not a whole lot of power, but the question begs as to how much power you’d like to stick up your nostrils anyways.
- Though the water proof capabilities allow you to run this bugger under the faucet, your normal faucet doesn’t do much to clean it.

Tips:
* Usage:
I’ve found that this trimmer works best when you cut as if your trimming bushes, not as if you were cutting grass. What I mean is that it would be best if you refrain from just cramming it up your nose. Granted, if you’re purchasing this device, you’re probably used to just yanking hairs anyways (hence, you’re also used to the associated pain). Trust me, if you take it a little at a time, the pain is greatly diminished and the effectiveness of the trimmer is enhanced. Also, use the lamp attached – I cannot stress this enough.

*Cleanup:
After you run it under the faucet, hold tightly, bring close to your body, and then extend your arm quickly towards the sing. You may thus sling debris that may be caught in the water that may be stuck in your device. This works for me and it makes the trimmer more efficient in its cutting.

All in all, I am completely satisfied with this purchase. Additionally, my wife is completely happy that I am no longer leaving long nose hairs on her floorboard during our commute.

Philips Norelco T980 Review
I wonder if all these reviews are pertaining to this particular model, some reviews don’t sound like my unit. I find no real problem with mine. Nothing is perfect. It is a bit bigger than my old small Wahl, but it has more features that require that. The vacuum works great, which alone makes my purchase of it worthwhile to me; in the past the sink always had a lot of nasty looking hairs all over it. Ive never had mine switch length setting on me, as some people describe, I don’t see how it could. I think the adjustable length feature is really great, it accommodates about ‘any’ length beard, and eliminates all the extra little clip-on guides you have to keep track of. I gave up on trying to take the top off but it doesn’t matter as there really is no need. I find no problem with excess noise, or with the turbo setting. I’m very happy with mine. Also, this amazon price of $39.95 is $20 less than on the Norelco website, plus you get free shipping.

I’ve had a regular Norelco beard trimmer for years and when the battery would no longer hold a charge I decided to give this one a try. I didn’t really follow the vacuum or turbo descriptions but bought it anyway based on price. Boy am I glad I did! The vacuum makes trimming so much less of a mess. I use it also to buzz cut my hair and there is virtually no mess now where there used to be stubble of hair everywhere before. I do have to empty the vacuum container a few times but less mess is far better. Great product. The description really doesn’t do it justice. It really works!
